Relieve external elbow discomfort

1 Major discomfort point: located on the outside of the elbow, under the crease of the forearm, elbow bent (often sensitive to touch).






2 Important point: located on the front of the forearm, at the very beginning of the wrist, just behind the hand.






3 If high intensity: point located on the inside of the forearm just below the elbow, on the insertion of the finger flexor muscles.
