Soothe hamstring disturbances at the back of the thigh
Major point of discomfort :
1 Place one or two patches on the bruised muscle area of the thigh.
2 Patch located on the upper insertions of the hamstring muscles, under the gluteal fold.
3 Test by pressing on the joint capsules of both ankles. Pat the one that is uncomfortable to press.
