In the case of lower back pain, there will be tension on the spine itself and on both sides. So the pain may be more to the right or left, in which case we'll come to the edge of the sacrum and position ourselves on either side, as close as possible to the spinal column, so as to encompass the entire muscular and ligamentary zone.
So there, just above the sacrum, on either side.
If the pain is higher up, take the patches in the same way and position them on either side along the entire length of the back.
So if the pain is more dorsal, we'll come in between the shoulder blades. And we'll always stick them almost on the spine.
