The pyramidal muscle is located in the buttock, in bundles.
It's often tense. So very simply, we're going to press down and see where the maximum discomfort is.
Once found, the patch is placed on top, stretching it well.
As these bundles are inserted along the spine, a patch is placed on the same side to release this tension.
So, if there's a bar in the lumbar region associated with pyramidal tension, refer to the "lumbar tutorial" and go down to the level of the popliteal fossae and place a patch on either side, in the popliteal fossae behind the knees.
These points will release all muscular tension in the back.
