Relieve tension in the fingers

1 On the affected finger joint(s): wrap the finger around the area of discomfort.

2 Point located anteriorly behind the wrist crease.

3 Point located on the anterior surface of the elbow, in front of the medial elbow crease.

Points 2 and 3 to be applied if there is muscle tension in the finger flexors.
