We will directly position a patch on the impact zone of the biceps.
Often this area will stretch the biceps and we will have areas here at the level of the long biceps, areas that are more or less sensitive.
So here we're going to place a bridge patch directly on the acromion, a point which is very often sensitive.
And in order to free the shoulder, we will place a patch on the master point of the shoulder, which is behind the shoulder at the level of the commissure of the arm.
So we'll come and position a patch on the muscle at the back, in order to free the shoulder movements and relax the biceps.
