Soothe biceps disturbances and free shoulder movements

A patch is placed directly on the biceps impact zone.

This zone will often stretch the biceps, and we'll have areas here on the long biceps that are more or less sensitive.
In this case, we place a bridge patch directly on the acromion, a point which is often sensitive.

In order to free the shoulder, we position a patch on the master point of the shoulder, which is behind the shoulder at the level of the commissure of the arm.
So we're going to position a patch on the muscle backwards, to free up shoulder movements and relax the biceps.
