Si verifica <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-sport-color\">sempre nello stesso posto<\/mark><\/strong> e dopo lo stesso livello di intensit\u00e0 sportiva. In genere colpisce i polpacci o gli avambracci, ma pu\u00f2 verificarsi anche nelle braccia, nei glutei o nell'addome.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A riposo, l'esame clinico \u00e8 relativamente normale. <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-sport-color\">Il test da sforzo rivela dolore<\/mark><\/strong> e rivela una tensione significativa nel compartimento.
