Compos\u00e9 de<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-sante-color\"> 26 os, 16 articulations, 20 muscles et plus de 100 ligaments<\/mark><\/strong>, c\u2019est sur lui que repose le poids du corps, il est donc essentiel de le pr\u00e9server. Il peut \u00eatre \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019origine de douleurs parfois tr\u00e8s intenses notamment lors de la formation d\u2019un Hallux valgus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9formation progressive se caract\u00e9rise par l\u2019apparition d\u2019<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-sante-color\">une bosse sur l\u2019avant du pied<\/mark><\/strong>. Le gros orteil est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cette excroissance. Lorsque celui-ci bascule progressivement sur le deuxi\u00e8me orteil, il provoque une d\u00e9viation du premier m\u00e9tatarse. L\u2019articulation devient saillante et provoque de vives douleurs lors de la marche. Les femmes sont tr\u00e8s majoritairement touch\u00e9es, la d\u00e9formation apparait progressivement entre 40 et 50 ans.
